Few things can bind us so deeply to faith in Jesus than the surety of our faith conveyed to us in both the Scriptures and the historical facts surrounding them. The Ante-Nicene Fathers have reasoned the faith in their own particular way and therefore it is worth our while to take note of how doctrinal development has taken place in early post-apostolic Christendom.
But this section is not only about the Ante- and Post-Nicene Fathers. It is also about modern opinions concerning Christ's place in the Godhead. However, there is still, apart from the aforementioned, so much more about our faith in Jesus.
Let's therefore give an ear also to the broader aspects of Christianity. Links to interesting articles concerning our salvation and faith in a living God will from time to time also be published here.

1: The Trinity - Fact or Fiction? A very interesting thesis and worth a thorough reading. We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He was proclaimed by the apostles of Jesus as such but what we must always keep in mind is that He is the full expression of God's revelation to the world. The fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily in Jesus, the Son of God, and we can only see God the Father in and through the Son who is the expressed image of God. |

3: A Oneness Stance on the Three Persons in Godhead For those interested in sharing their knowledge on the different kinds of Godhead declarations. . We ourselves believe that God the Father had a special bond with His Son right from the beginning and that the Son put on flesh (1 Jn 4) and dwelled among us as the "Image" of God who will never be seen by even His reborn children (Col. 1.15). We can then ONLY see God in and through Jesus, His only begotten Son (Jn 14). We further believe very strongly in the pre-existence of Jesus Christ and that God the Father had brought His Son forth as the "First-born of ALL creation". However, it is necessary to also know how the Godhead is reasoned to this day and that there is more than one perspective, as long as we treasure brotherly love. "Bear with one another" (Paul) clearly pertaining to our love for God in Christ Jesus our precious Lord and Saviour who gave Himself up as a living sacrifice and so that we, His creatures, can attain the pure love of God within our hearts, extending this way the self-same pure love of Christ our Saviour, to our fellows. Only true brotherly love can then help us to truly bear with one another as the Apostle rightly prescribes to us. |
